The FeedSafe® Quality Assurance Program is governed by two categories of policy –  Certification Policy and Administrative Policy:

• FeedSafe® Certification Policies are approved through the FeedSafe® Panel by the SFMCA Federal Council.

​

• FeedSafe® Administrative Policies deal with the practical application of FeedSafe® Certification Policy and are determined internally by The FeedSafe® Management Team in consultation with the FeedSafe® Panel and in line with SFMCA governance and procedural requirements.

All policies are scheduled for review annually as per the prescribed schedule detailed in Certification Policy 10 (CP10): Review and Verification of the FeedSafe® System and Witness Audits.
